We Turn Data Into Your Competitive Advantage

Founded by data professionals who got tired of seeing businesses drowning in data while starving for insights, MBIC exists to bridge the gap between raw information and intelligent action.

Our Story

MBIC was founded on a simple observation: most companies have more data than they know what to do with, but very few have the insights they need to make better decisions.

We saw businesses investing heavily in data infrastructureโ€”warehouses, lakes, platformsโ€”only to struggle with the last mile: turning that data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives results.

Our founders came together from diverse backgrounds in enterprise analytics, AI development, and business strategy with a shared mission: to make advanced data capabilities accessible to companies that don't have the resources to build massive internal data teams.

Today, we partner with forward-thinking organizations across industries to implement business intelligence platforms, deploy AI solutions, and automate processes that free their teams to focus on strategy instead of spreadsheets.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Andre Tabron, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of MBIC
Andre Tabron
Co-Founder & CEO

Andre brings 15+ years architecting and securing Microsoft cloud environments โ€” Azure, Microsoft 365 GCCHIGH, Power Platform, and SharePoint โ€” for organizations where failure isn't an option: SAP NS2, NASA, the National Institutes of Health, M.C. Dean, and VT iDirect. He's spent his career delivering inside the same regulated, audit-heavy environments that today's healthcare networks, financial services firms, and government contractors operate in.

At MBIC, Andre leads strategic direction and client engagement, translating that production-floor experience into BI, AI, and automation roadmaps that survive contact with reality. He focuses on the gap most consultants ignore โ€” turning Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and AI agents into systems that actually run in compliance-bound environments rather than living in a demo deck. His mandate: make enterprise-grade data and automation capabilities deployable for mid-market organizations without an enterprise-sized IT team.

Kevin Lewis, Chief People Officer of MBIC
Kevin Lewis
VP of Data Science

Kevin brings a practitioner's perspective to MBIC's data and AI work. As a Data Scientist at CIDIS LLC and previously a data engineer at ITCONCEPTS, a senior consultant at Deloitte, and a systems analyst at Akima, he's spent his career inside the technical layer most consultants only describe โ€” building pipelines, modeling data, and translating business requirements into systems that ship.

At MBIC, Kevin owns the firm's data science methodology end-to-end: how data is profiled and validated before going into production. He works directly with clients during discovery to assess data readiness โ€” the step most consultants skip and most projects later regret โ€” and stays involved through the deployment process to ensure the dashboards reflect reality, predictive models hold up against real-world distributions, and LLM integrations cite sources their users can defend in an audit.

Why We're Different

We're practitioners, not theorists. Every member of our team has hands-on experience implementing the solutions we recommend. We don't sell you on the latest buzzwordโ€”we deliver what actually works.

We focus on outcomes, not outputs. A beautiful dashboard that nobody uses is worthless. We ensure every solution drives real business decisions and measurable results.

We transfer knowledge, not create dependencies. Our goal is to make your team more capable, not to keep you reliant on consultants. We train your people to own and evolve the solutions we build together.

We're your partners, not vendors. We succeed when you succeed. That means honest conversations about what you need versus what would be nice to have, and realistic timelines that respect your budget and resources.
